The outdoor heated jacuzzi experience was really good.
It was a bit disturbing that the music coming from the kitchen was very loud and interfered with the lounge music of the dining room.

The restaurant is excellent, we could not fault it. The downside is that there is a disco in the hotel and this can be heard from the first floor rooms, so a big problem, we were kept up to 4am on one night. The location for skiing is excellent and the staff were in general very attentive.
The noise from the disco and the fact that there was only one choice of white wine available at the bar, for a 4 star hotel I thought this pretty poor.

It is stylish designer venue, it offers nice pool and the location is absolutely perfect in the UK has to be available free of charge during a meal in a restaurant. Genuinely helpful staff, the rooms are beautifully designed and new-fashioned. The hotel provides an excellent service.

Great spot for groups!
Perfect place for a boys ski trip! Rooms were super comfy, and the vibe was on point. Enjoyed the in-room breakfast lots! Only thing is, the spa area felt kinda awkward-def not a couples hangout. The restaurant served delish food, and the wine list was excellent.

The location is very good and the common areas (spa) is nice. Reception facilitated a late check-out which was much appreciated.
The quality of the room is not 5 star. The room is basic and there were even holes in the chair. This is not 5 star quality. I asked for poached eggs at breakfast and they were the worse ever, full of vinegar and vile. There was no apology when I complained. Dinner on the last night was poor. We requested lamb well done. It arrived medium and tasteless. We barely touched the lamb and there was no enquiry from the staff as to why we did not eat the food when the dishes were removed. The staff could smile a bit more. Normally I find the Austrian staff very friendly. While some of the staff were friendly they were mostly aloof.

missingWrote a review on 05 Marjacuzzi experienceefficient ski roomnightclub noise
The outdoor heated jacuzzi provided a fantastic way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The ski room is excellent, with an efficient in-house service to maintain your gear.
Noise from the Pacha nightclub can be a real issue on lower floors, especially if you prefer an early night after a long day of skiing. The dining experience can be a mixed bag. While breakfast has a solid selection, it can feel crowded and slow at peak times, a bit of a hassle when you're eager to hit the slopes. Room temperature control isn't the best either. You might find yourself fumbling with windows or thermostats to get it just right.
